It’s unbelievable that confirmation has come that BlackBerry Tour is bound for Verizon’s netword. The self-proclaimed “America’s Best 3G Network” company has unveiled a teaser page for the smartphone. Not much else here other than a fancy product shot and a newsletter sign up, but more importantly, it looks like an official launch can’t be too far off now.
How competitive is the smartphone market becoming? Following last week’s launch of the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Pre and the iPhone 3GS comes the roll out of Samsung’s touchscreen Jet, RIM’s 3G Blackberry Tour, and Nokia’s E72 and 5530 XpressMusic.
