“We make sure there is no problem with the battery”. He also admit dell pull 4.2 Million notebook with battery problem. And also he admit there is Dell user burnt caused battery explotion.
“a few laptop with problem, just one or two. And you know, we anticipate the circulate soon. I tell you once again only Dell do it. take their product from market”
Dell investigate and innovate with their new battery. it can work up to 19 without recharge. Amazing.
